Terms and Conditions

By signing up for the Basics Of Pistol Shooting event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Participant Requirements:

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Participants must have a valid ID and be legally allowed to handle firearms.
• Participants must follow all instructions provided by the instructors for their safety and the safety of others.
• Participants must bring their own ammunition as specified in the event description.

Event Guidelines:

• Participants must arrive on time for the event and stay for the duration of the workshop.
• Participants must respect the property and equipment provided during the event.
• Participants must adhere to all safety rules and regulations set forth by the instructors.
• Participants are encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification from the instructors when needed.

Cancellation Policy:

If a participant needs to cancel their registration for the event, they must notify the organizers at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

Liability Waiver:

Participants understand and acknowledge that shooting firearms can be inherently dangerous and agree to release the organizers, instructors, and venue from any liability for personal injury or property damage that may occur during the event.
